The kids and I finished this a few months ago, I just kept forgetting to write about it. My older two liked this book. I think it was a bit hard for my youngest to understand. We all had to pay attention to the time traveling at the end. I thought it was good, not necessarily one of my favorites, and not nearly as good as the Fablehaven series. I haven't picked our next book yet because we've been busy moving across the country, but I think our next book will be one about real life. My kids are starting to think that the only good books are the ones that contain magical creatures and characters.
