The Fault in our Stars by John Green

313 pages

"Despite the tumor-shrinking medical miracle that has bought her a few years, Hazel has never been anything but terminal, her final chapter inscribed upon diagnosis. But when a gorgeous plot twist named Augustus Waters suddenly appears at Cancer Kid Support Group, Hazel's story is about to be completely rewritten." -Dust Jacket

I've been putting off reading this book because I knew it would give me a good cry and it did, for about half the book. But it was so worth it. There is a reason this book has 600+ 5-star ratings on Amazon. As Jodi Picoult wrote on the cover, "Electric...filled with staccato bursts of humor and tragedy." Read it. You will be very glad you did. That's all.

*There is some language in this book, but frankly, I'd swear at cancer too.
